Airfix HO/OO Figure Sets - Box Styles

The first release HO/OO figure sets, in Type 2 boxes. This box style lasted from 1958 to 1967

The next box style - known as Blue Boxes due to their blue sides. These were available from 1967 to 1975. There were many varieties of the Blue Box, mostly depending on the placement of the clear window on the back of the box (left, right, or centre). However, the two main flavours are 1967-1973 scroll logo on the blue side 1973-1975 round logo on the blue side

The final box style before Airfix went bust in 1981. These were introduced in 1975 and are called the White Boxes, for obvious reasons.
